My advice would be to re-book for $400 flight if they are still planning to go. Prices on tickets have dropped to nothing. Isn't Bavaria the redneck part of Germany?  



So, in Ohio this health official - speaking for the Governor's Office - says they estimate 100,000 Ohioans have Covid-19....but.....5 cases proven at present and NO deaths.

This is fear-mongering seeing that there is no math to back it up.

Therefore, the real reason for quarantine actions is to control the spread of the virus. Only those folks who develop serious and life threatening respiratory, symptoms need to be hospitalized.

I wrote "should" and not "would" because I understand there will be people who unfortunately will be inconsiderate and not follow logical quarantine steps. There is also a natural tendency for many people to think they aren't sick with the coronavirus when they are, according to their symptoms. There will also be people who have no symptoms but still have the virus. I assume you don't need to be symptomatic to spread the virus.
