I was born in 1953Because of 90% Chinese bb books copy from English So I decided to write my own bodybuilding book And I drew all images by myself ......It's take more than 3 years to finish it .
My workout is 4 days on;1 day off. still keep training in holidays:1st day---chest & back,Abs2nd day---shoulders ,Abs3rd day---arms ,Abs4th day---legsAnd I favour high-Intensity training ,such as Milos Sarcev's giant sets...Train hard or go home !!
