200kgs pull down. i can do a proper set at maybe 160kgs.
here are some rows about as heavy as i can do. with 140kgs i can do proper form. i send a vid of 4 plate press to simple simon but im not publishing it.

I still don't know who the fuck 'Joon' is. Seen the name posted a few times but know nothing about him/her. If it helps, I can usually tell by a casual glance if a post if filled with inane ramblings and ignore it by reflex so perhaps this 'Joon' guy/girl constantly comes up with a load of shit?
Cause I certainly don't ever remember reading a post cooked up by 'Joon'.

Go outside do lots of cardio and keep your carbs low for the next two months then come back....I hate sharing my 20kg plates with fatties.
Fuck I'm throwing in an offseason pic for the sake of it....eating carbs like there's no tomorrow 95kg right now heading to the big 100 before I start cutting for Mexico's carnage.

I work out with manageable weights and now and then diet to reset by bf levels, it's not rocket science, it's beyond me seeing fatties in hoodies like deneraii training every day year on year out and look the same.
