Squat - 220 kg V - 240 V - 252,5 NV
Bench - 180 kg V - 200 kg NV - 200kg V
Deads - 230 kg V - 250 NV - 255 V
BW - 97,7 kg
It is not much but this year as the first time I really trained to powerlifting.
