i used to love watching GARDENERS WORLD (i don't garden) 'cos i found it relaxing.. let's see.. that makeover show on bbc3 where they'd take some cheap scrubber and and give her a 'makeunder'. some of those sluts are well decent. TEEN MOM :-[ though these come more under 'i should be ashamed of watching' banner rather than 'guilty pleasures'. why would watching the likes of MASTER CHEF make anyone feel guilty? it's pretty fucking good telly.

I used to watch deal or no deal, seeing people with no general knowledge, skill and little intelligence try and find a box with 250k.

I get some of the Brittish TV channels to here, scandinavia.

There used to be a show " Gardening by the yard ".
It was absolutely perfect for hang over mornings.

I like Pointless too. It's probably the only game show I watch now although I sometimes watch The Chase too.

I've also considered entering since my general knowledge is usually quite good. :D

Any weight shaming show, like Supersize vs Superskinny, Secret Eaters etc.

Here in the US these shows have to be framed in a positive light with motivational moments like the trainer hugging a crying fatty after they confess their pet died when they were 12 and that drove them to cakes.

None of that shite in the UK, just lingering close ups on glistening fatty chests and hairy sweaty parts with a patronizing voiceover.

Great motivation for cardio sessions

Thought I was enjoying a UK TV show called Orphan Black, but it turns out it's just on the BBC network, but actually Canadian.

Oh well.
