Sunday late afternoon after the IFBB Legions contest in Long Beach, we headed to Seal Beach for a quick photo shoot.       J.M. Manion was the main photographer, and I had fun taking candids and some video.   It was actually cooler and windier than we thought it would be, but a lot of fun.  Thanks.
