Sometimes it takes a benevolent dictator to set things right, even at the expense of the opposition. You cannot compare Stalin to Pinochet, as Stalin did not improve the living standards for his people, he just caused famine and death.

Chile is a great example of just how a free market economy does wonders for a nation and its people.

i admire dictators, it would be great to have such power.
