Intellectually Honest Politicians
Dos Equis:
I know they are few and far between, but I think Senator Rand Paul might be the most intellectually politician in DC. I don't always agree with him, but he has convictions and he is consistent.
Anyone else?

The Paul's and Trey Gowdy.
A few more i can't remember off the top of my head.
Not very common anymore.

I like Gowdy, but he's gone too. Seems like the good ones leave. Like Harold Ford, Jr., Gowdy, DeSantis (although good have him as Florida Gov).
Definitely not common.
