She was discussing the recent flooding in the Midwest.

Whoever writes her speeches should be fired. Also, she’d do well to hire some sort of Public speech expert. If she had better tempo and skill with how she spoke, she wouldn’t sound as dumb. Kind of like putting commas and other punctuation in the wrong place, and it makes you read something the wrong way.

Completely agree. Obama was not a great public speaker and could not think on his feet. But he was great at reading a teleprompter. His speechwriters were much better too.
