Make your economy predictions for the next year

Gas prices will start rising the day after the Nov 7 elections.

This will cause mnfg and shipping costs to jump.

I predict the DOW be down below 11,000 by the second week of january. 



IMO these good times are something that the current administration has done in the last 2 months to win the election.  It's a false high, and it will not last. THoughts?

I think housing and construction is going to new low's.  Especially here in las vegas.  With construction down, jobs will be lost.

The houses that were bought with no down payment and adjustable interest rates are going to start going to foreclosure.

The dollar is going to continue to get weaker.

240, more than that.  In a year, I believe it will be a good time to buy in Vegas.  We are running out of water here though, long term it might not be a good idea.

It is better than Los Angeles though.  I can fly a Cessna to (from vegas) Santa Monica the same time it would take to drive from the Valley to Santa Monica at rush hour. 
Jay Cutler says he wants to buy a house in L.A...  I emailed him and suggested to just become a pilot, he'll get there and be back here for dinner.

relative wealth is low.  a small group holding large stocks are getting really rich.  but the avergae joe is making less now than 5 years ago, COLA adjusted.
