Legs were done today, however, squats were shitcanned during warmups due to weird knee pain.

It will hopefully be no issue.

Trap bar deads
Sled pushes
Leg extensions
Reverse hypers

Had to keep it relatively easy due to 9 am baseball game tomorrow, and I have made the mistake of heavy RDLs a day prior to a game before, and will not again.

I do rotator cuff stuff when my shoulders act up. A good place to do them are in the pool against the resistance of the water. There are so four main rotator cuff movements. The two of the best are in the pictures. I don't have that shoulder horn contraptions but I brace my arm on a section of my leg press machine that's the perfect height for that.

Nothing wrong with RC work - generally do some band internal/external stuff.  Sometimes 45 degree lateral stuff.
