I'm not surprised you fell for this. There is nothing besides Ryan's Twitter post, Communities Digital News and RealClearInvestigations who is running this story. Don't you think if the identity of the whistleblower was known at least one legitimate news source would publish it?

Sure, but that article is from 2 days ago, and they were already spinning it. They knew it was going to come out. Also on Twitter, no one of importance is saying that Ciaramella isn't the whistle blower, instead they are going on about the sanctity of whistle blower laws, etc.... They could end it in two seconds by saying "not the guy", but they won't.
