I never heard of him until this thread.  He's 5' 7" and weighs 190 lbs.  I have met several guys that have looked that good or better that never took any PEDs so to me it (being truly natural)  is possible.  He looks good.

The sad thing is for $11,000 a month, actually more considering the rest of his stack, I smoke this dudes physique, I wipe the floor in legs/ back/abs department, chest/shoulders/ I guess are comparable, and I'm on prescription trt 200test, 50 deca a week,  for a grand total of $250 a month. He's way over trained which is why he's having issues making progress, his CNS I guarantee is completely fried, his cortisol levels I guarantee are through the roof. Dude needs to train hard and intense 4 times a week, the other 3 days relax, if you want do cold plunge, sauna, walk around his compound, if he did this he'd blow the fuck up.

When did we get to triple that? The most I have done in the last 5 years is 500mg. The average the last 3 is probably 400mg the 2 before that probably 200mg but again you are missing the entire concept you can get everything you need from prescribed TRT most guys really are not taking anywhere near the amount the righteous all fake natty guys insist they are taking. When I decided to get on trt, I literally blew up, just on 200 test, I shot up from 165 to 195 in my first year, in the past year with the addition of 50mg of Deca, I shot up to 215-220. Which is actually why I believe a lot of these pros about their dosages, especially the old timers, real pharmaceutical grade products can take you along way, especially if you built a good base. Eventually as I get older I'll add GH 2iu a day and a low dose of T4. Which is the ultimate "bodybuilder" trt.
