impressive physique, bast. how much does your strength differ on the big lifts when you've dieted down completely, compared to when you're at your heaviest?

first of all "scientific evidence" is pretty meaningless because lot of people do the complete opposite to each other and get results. why don't you just try it? stop doing the cardio.
Vince Gironda the Iron Guru was against it. I think it's so popular nowadays because the guys on steroids do tons of cardio and don't lose muscle so that's why everyone says "oh yea it's simple just do a lot of cardio and diet"  but if you're natural you do lose muscle. anyway what the hell is "cardio"? increasing your heart rate. you don't have to run like a hamptster to do that.

Here's a cool article
http://www.bodyessence.ca/Pages/Articles/aerobicvstrength/aerobicsdontwork.html

i've seen others but haven't found them again yet.

you'll only lose muscle if your caloric deficit is too high.  plain and simple.  You can lose muscle even without doing cardio if you're eating too little.

Your heart will not be in good shape from lifting weights only, that's ridiculous.

Vince Gironda ate a caloric amount lower than he would have needed to if he did cardio.

Dont listen to that guy, Bast...you're heart is a muscle as well. Cardio keeps it strong.

I still think you should take the plunge and join ME...I will complete your training..you dont know the POWER of the dark side...

 write this down...

 160 tabs of clen(40mcg) 180 tabs of winstrol(5mg) 12 primobolan amps(100mg)

Build more muscle(dramatically) and cut more fat(also dramatically).

now look. why does everyone think that running on the hampster wheel is the only type of cardio there is? lifting weights IS cardio because you do increase your heart rate. especially if you work out hard and don't rest too much between sets. what about people who do stuff like sets for chest then back then chest then back? do 4 sets of that and you'll see cardio. what about squats?

Liifting weights is very low intensity cardio.  You can't get your heart rate high at all lifting weights.  I don't even know why I'm arguing this.  It sounds to me that you are just lazy and are making excuses to avoid doing cardio.

Meanwhile I'll get to 6% body fat and you won't.   ;)

What do you estimate your body fat to be now?  How long do you think you'll take to get to 8?

It wouldnt shut it down...200mg of primo and 150mg of winstrol a week aint jack SIHT!!!!

Throw in a tab of clomid daily if you're so concerned. Look...sooner or later you WILL start to expieriment w/ gear. You like...22 or something...siht when I was 22 I was afraid of gear because I thought all kinds of silly siht...now...hahahahahah aha!!!

 You'll be fine...

Weight training does increase heart rate...please, try a set of 20 rep breathing squats then tell me about heart rate.

Why the fcuk do you players want to get your bodyfat so low if you arent competing? Is it a personal thing?
