Title: Testosterone fluctuation and strength
Post by: Papper on July 05, 2021, 03:31:27 AM
So I thought I was on track since I am at my all-time strongest with all my lifts.

But the thing is, I took a blood test and I had my t-level at much lower than two years ago.

I am now as low as the the first time I took the test, back to square one, despite size and muscle gain.

This got me perplexed and I am vexed to end my bulk that otherwise was feeling good.

How much to levels fluctuate? Can they drop 30 % in two years naturally?

Ask the doctor but I wouldn't be too concerned if you are stronger than ever.  Hormonal fluctuations happen all the time.  Get tested again in a month and it may change for the better.

Depends on too many factors.

Age, diet, stress, sleep, activity, etc.

Total test? Free Test?

Too many variables.

Well if you are on just dianabol your test will be suppressed and your strength will be through the roof so without knowing a lot more info...

Your T levels can fluctuate a lot from one day to the next.

I would not worry about it if you feel good and your training is going well.
