Ive been trying various ways of eating since my last cut from a year ago
High fruit low fat moderate protein
High fat high carbs moderate protein
Ohearn style dieting on high calories n using exercise for fat loss
The only thing that works is unlimited protien and keeping carbs and fats down low. I look at fat and carbs as the same with fat being more of an anti inflamatory.
Literally the best working is boxing or kickboxing with constant footwork n punching , am literally dead tired after about 4 min im gassed , i end up throwin 150 punches n 20 kicks while bouncing n springing off my feet

Have you tried eating 500 calories less than you normally eat?
