i just sent a text to my buddy at the local foodservice co.

hes gonna hit me back with what they sell filtered heat pasturized frozen eggwhites for by the gallon.

I already buy buckets of hard boiled there for less than whole eggs at the grocery store...we'll see if he can beat $112 for 4 gallons.

The price for the eggwhites isn't that bad... Even faster than cracking eggs.  What a pain in the ass getting all the egg white to seperate from the damn shell and yolk.

It's a better deal all the way around...your paying for the conveinience, usability with us...your paying retail for half the eggs, carton and inconvieniece at the store.

The other advantage, is that with my product, you can DRINK them as well as cook them...BIG DIFFERENCE.

This is what attracted me to the company in th first place...I was buying eggs at Sam's club by the mini flat...and then cracking and seperating 26 of thm every morning...what a pain in the ass...

After a while you get sick of eating egg whites...what a difference being able to mix them up with some chocolate protein powder and simply drink a shake...

 8 PUMPS in a shaker cup with maybe a scoop of protein powder...baddaBOOMbaddaB ING! You got yourself a more USEFUL and absorbable shake and you stretch out your protein powder.

 Protein powders are OUT. I just use them to make the EGI have a little flavor. Otherwise it taste a little like skim milk.
