Whoever is more ripped will place ahead. Judging from what I have seen Branch barring the Olympia is always ripped to shreds while Toney is getting there with each showing. Plus Branch was runner-up last year so he may have that advantage going into the Arnold.

from watching BFTO '06 i will say that while Toney is impressive i was not impressed with him as much as i though i would be, he's not very thick or dense at all and his arms and back looked really small on that video, Branch looked wayyyy more impressive.
