Still amazing size and shape for his age
Amazing, yes. But also concerning - especially if he is actually over 310-lb, as you said he is.
If he is over 310-lb as you said he is, that's just way too heavy for his age - it's heavy for any age, really, but younger people can get away with more.
Nasser El Sonbaty died at age 47, and a former pro on here who posted as "AGFB" or something, said that Nasser died for staying over 300-lb too young.
I'll grant that Markus no doubt has vastly superior genetics for muscle size than most people - that much has always been obvious to me - but there are not too many elderly home inductees who carry the size Markus does.
I'm also curious as to what he has to prove anymore at this point.
I just think he should slim down more - much more, and focus on living as long as possible for his family now. If he didn't have a child, it would be a slightly different story, I think.
Obviously bodybuilding is what he loves - and what he knows - but carrying that much size is just not good for you.
We joke on here about Markus living forever...but literally tomorrow, we could be reading a "Markus Ruhl - RIP" thread.
I'm not trying to be disrespectful here - I'm just saying this in terms of health, or speaking as a father as well.
