Tried to do my bicep workout again after 4 days between sessions and got buried Last time I got 4 reps with 100 pounds in the barbell curl with my back against the wall and today I got ZERO reps with 100 pounds Then I went to cable curls where last time I got 5 reps with 170 pounds and today I got 2 reps with 80 fucking pounds.... BRUTAL So I called it quits and went home. Funny thing is I just jumped back on the gear after being off for over 1 year. I injected 250 mgs sust on Friday and just injected another 250 mgs today. I'll stay like this for 3-5 weeks and then I'll cut the dose in half with 125 mgs every Friday and Monday. When I drop down the test I'll most likely add in npp or primo to go with the 250 mgs sust per week.
Have lighter days interspered with heavy days.....also if feeling fantastic,go balls out even if it i a scheduled light day.....losten to your body feedback..
Also again,mix up exercises using 4-6 for each bodypart and mix different ones in from workout to workout.
2 injections so far ain`t gonna` make you a superman....it`ll kick in.
