Ok but I can still train meanwhile you claimed you were stronger than me at everything after a month of training and could post videos beating me at any lift a couple days ago. Said you liked to move heavy ass weight. Look where it got you. Now you claim you can't even lift at all. Maybe you are the one who wasn't as strong as you thought. Body couldn't go 30 days without breaking down. Maybe your technique could have used some work. Now look at you signing up for water aerobics you fat fuck

You can drink horsecock it's not going to help you at this point. You are too far gone and tried too much too soon with bad form but yeah you got me beat at everything in the gym because idiot. Tried to do my bicep workout again after 4 days between sessions and got buried :D Last time I got 4 reps with 100 pounds in the barbell curl with my back against the wall and today I got ZERO reps with 100 pounds :D Then I went to cable curls where last time I got 5 reps with 170 pounds and today I got 2 reps with 80 fucking pounds.... BRUTAL :D So I called it quits and went home. Funny thing is I just jumped back on the gear after being off for over 1 year. I injected 250 mgs sust on Friday and just injected another 250 mgs today. I'll stay like this for 3-5 weeks and then I'll cut the dose in half with 125 mgs every Friday and Monday. When I drop down the test I'll most likely add in npp or primo to go with the 250 mgs sust per week.

If a compound had an ester with a 10 day halflife and a shorter ester with a 7 day there would be no need to break it up into multiple weekly dosages unless it was too much volume to do once a week.

I'd rather shot once a week, but from what all I've read online sust should be injected 2 or even 3 times a week because of the 2 short esters within it. But since it has 4 esters and one of those esters is long then yeah once a week should be fine I guess? If I add in primo I can stick with a once weekly injection but if I get npp it will have to be twice or three times weekly.

I don't even do deadlifts but again not all reps are created equal. I have seen no videos or evidence of you having any strength at all. I highly doubt your squats look anything like mine. It takes a month just to get your mechanics right again. But whatever you know I have a bad knee so you want to compare squats and deads two exercises I don't even train. Meanwhile I doubt you have decent form on either. You got hurt just doing compound movements for a month. You certainly don't look like you train so yeah 0 evidence you even lift which you now admit you don't.

Have lighter days interspered with heavy days.....also if feeling fantastic,go balls out even if it i a scheduled light day.....losten to your body feedback..

Also again,mix up exercises using 4-6 for each bodypart and mix different ones in  from workout to workout.

2 injections so far ain`t gonna` make you a superman....it`ll kick in.

Push day today after graft was weaker after swing a sledgehammer at thick bastard concrete for half a day which hammers the shoulder joints when there’s no ‘give’ in the concrete

Incline barbell press paused on chest - 1 work set to failure strip back to a plate aside and hit failure again into half and quarter reps till can move bar from chest

Press behind neck - 2 sets to failure lighter on second set
High to low cable fly - 2 sets to failure
Close grip decline - 2 sets to failure second set less weight
Dumbbell laterals - 3 sets to failure with 30 secs rest
Dual rope pushdown - trriple drop set
Incline dumbbell extention - 2 sets to failure
