A good question to ask is what their MMA weight class would be if they were natty. I believe Phil and Dex would be 170. Kev maybe 185.

I asked that question about myself. I would assume 155-lb natural, and 170-lb on gear. Keeping on mind that fight weights are about 15-lb higher than weigh-in weight.

I think you are right about Phil, Dexter, and Kevin. Dexter, possibly even lighter.

Dexter started off as a bantam at 5’6

He was 215lbs on stage and he spent 20 years of growing to get there. He was an under 200lb bodybuilder for a decade. He was never massive he was cut up and had a small aesthetic frame. Of course he is going to be under 200 post retirement he looks to have lost about 25lbs.

Agree he looks massive but it’s becasue he is all cut up and has a small frame. He is one of those guys who looks bigger with his shirt off. In regular clothes he didn’t look massive even at his peak. He probably looks a lot bigger now as well if he takes off his shirt. His arms are still
Huge addin the small waist and he is going to look massive. He hasn’t lost that much.

Also for a guy who supposedly knows nothing about bodybuilding I think I am in pretty decent shape today right now. Are you with me yet or is August still your goal???

So now you do admit that he was massive and I was right..... and you look terrible in that shot.....learn how to hit the pose correctly and you may just look like you actually train.

Were you busy that day? It was an open invite all of getbig could have showed up not my problem you guys stayed home eating ding dongs

If you say so when I take a break from lifting I usually surf or snowboard or mountain bike or something to stay in shape. Hopefully your ligaments and tendons will appreciate the break and you will come back more motivated. But do something in the meantime and it will be a lot easier coming back
