Reps are average 20 no lower than 15 today and some as high as 60.

Shrugs were 25-60 reps
Calves 20-50
Laterals 15-30
Rear delt 15-25
Cable flyes 15-40

What does your bench/chest routine look like?
I always change my workouts, I train for only 35 minutes, i usually start with bench presses, then I will do many other different exercises like flat dumbell presses, incline flies, flat dumbell flies, pull overs, cable crossovers, dips, machine presses, and i keep pushing for 35 minutes.

My reps very sometimes i do 40 reps others 4 reps, i go by instinct, i chase the pump, however i don't ''kill'' myself, only 1, at the most 2 sets are pushed to absolute muscle failure, the rest of the sets are ''close'' to failure

Me too, and I don't ''kill'' myself in the gym, only one, at the most 2 sets are pushed to absolute failure, and I train every other day, i need the rest to grow at my age (45). I never train for more than 35 minutes, during arm day it's not unusual for me to get a full inch pump

I “worked legs” today

Progressively heavier warm-up up to one ~max set of 20 reps squat
Hip thrusts (nh) three sets
Knee extension five sets
Lying leg curl five sets
Front squats 5x3 EMOM
Fucked around with calves and abs for a bit (I hate these exercises)
Some band work for hip adductors/abductors (nh I have a bad hip)

Hyperextensions - 4 sets
Stiff leg DL with dumbbells - 4 sets
Lat Pulldown Machine (Precor I think, kinda cool) - 4 sets
Seal Rows w/ multi-grip bar (upper back/trap isolation) - 4 sets

Preacher curls machine w/ 2 negatives at the end of each set. (After failing positive portion of reps) - 4 sets
Seated D-Bell curls - 4 sets

Tbh I don't reveal my routines but lately I've been training pretty much every other day and I do instinctive training, day 1 chest day 2 back day 3 shoulders day 4 legs day 5 arms, that's all I'm willing to share for now. I never train for more than 35 minutes

Easy, if true.

I guess we train completely different except for chasing the pump, every set is to failure including warmups for me. I just feel that any set not taken all the way is a waste even the warm ups. But I like to train every other day or even every third day which I’m actually going to do more now. Yeah I get an inch pump on arms as well. My workouts are usually 60-75 minutes.

There ARE secrets, like learning to NOT overtrain, understanding the importance of progressive overload, etc

Most people are full of FNG shit about how "hard" they train.

I'm 47 and fng jacked, clean, do more than 99% of others and no aches pains etc.  99% of people problem is undertraining.

Don't do bs and mamby pamby nonsense.

For me the secrets are going by feel and doing what you like and if you don’t feel it or don’t enjoy it then don’t do it cause you won’t be putting in the effort you would if you enjoyed it.

Whats your reasoning for 35 mins? It just works out that way, or is it a timed goal?
