Back in the day does not count.

All that matters is this very moment.

He is full of cobbler.   None of his claims are ever verified.

All that matters is this very moment.

I have a hard time believing the 225 x 25. (Being legit/deep reps).
Brian had trouble with depth, until called out here, and then practiced. (And felt the need as always, to prove it here).
Once you learn proper depth, it never leaves you.

Most 120 lb twinks in the gym do boat-loads of 1/2 reps w/ 225. I doubt they can do one legit/proper rep w/ it...
Brians story is like everyone I know "I used to bench 300 in my day".  Yes, sure you did.  ::)

And SF is right. Brian keeps saying this:

Back in the day does not count.

All that matters is this very moment.

To Tim and others about their condition history.  Works both ways champ...

Except I have actually posted a video of me doing 350 for 2 reps touching my chest as I always do since I did my very first bench press. Yes absolutely I could get 31 reps at 225lbs when I lived in NYC before my first pec tear and was in my late 20s at the time it was better than most NFL combines that were not linemen.

The last tear knocked 150lbs off my max bench I was at 330lbs before that tear (4th tear to that pec) getting ready to compete for the state record in my age group. I tore it at 25 40 and 43 with an additional minor tear shortly after the one at 40z  it has been very difficult coming back from the last year. I have been very cautious as I do not want another tear. I am using 225lbs for 5 comfortable sets of 8 on flat barbell bench presses right now. I can go heavier but I don’t feel the need to push it its slowly coming back there is a spot that is weaker than the rest of the chest I have to go at its pace.

Brian loves the popular (with the modern day twinks) terms  "lean tissue", etc.
BB's have 100 lbs of fluid and shit in them and say "lean tissue".
Nope, youre on drugs ands youre retaining TONS of water and glycogen while stretching facia and muscle.
Stop the gear, you piss out 20 lbs and deflate like an old balloon.
Lets at least be honest here.
Brian, your pics lately, your face looks like Meadows did. Red complexion, bloated.
Get off the A-Bombs, D-Bol, Tren etc... Not a good look.

I am not retaining water you seem to forget I have Crohns I am dehydrated from it most of the time also I am not taking any orals so thanks for thinking I look that big

There are other things in your system which is why your FSH and LH levels were undetectable and why you never posted repeat values on them.

For fuck sake he trained back and biceps for 45 minutes then did some sled pulls and burpees and leg raises

I do volume work after my regular strict curls and I am doing them twice a week. My other workouts I am lifting just as much volume if not more than SC  last night if you count my reps lifting it was about 400 in total between all the exercises sets and reps.

Assuming his first 15 sets were for 10 he is still under 200 reps total between all exercises or half of what I did last night ducking morons

you understand there's more to training than hypertrophy right? in fact hypertrophy is prob the least important

imagine being proud of the laziest and easiest component to weight training , and on top of that being incredibly average at it
