Vaped

Ordered a new skateboard

I'm freaking wiped out.   Anyone know anything I  can take or order for recovery?

Large fries and a Coke.

Interval running followed by back and arms yesterday. All machines for back; free weights for arms. No reason other than the gym was busy. Also trained chest properly for the first time since pulling my pec around Christmas time. Sprints tonight.

I've never tried. I used to be fairly strong with things like pull-ups and messing around with arm wrestling, so I'd be curious to know if any of that would carry over. I've not lifted heavy for ages, though.

You should fix your blatant apostrophe misuse and disregard for proper punctuation before Fortress finds out.

Reminder: Apostrophe for possessive, not plural

Damn the grammar. Its intricacies are as illogical as Hanky's cocoon principles.   :D

Are you sure you counted right?

I lost track on one set of knee extensions, might have been 9 or 10.  I estimated 9 to be safe.

Are you sure it was 329 reps and not 327?
