slight incline machine press 4 sets
pec dec flys 4 sets
bench press 4 sets
cables 3 sets

4 sets single arm cable laterals
6 sets tricep rope press downs

Not walking too good today have had both knees slip/hyperextend in the last few days and getting weird pain and instability going to try and do some leg work tomorrow but it is discouraging.
