Deadlift / Some Back / Some Bicep

Deadlift
- Many warmups sets w/ 135 x 5
- 315 x 5
- 405 x 3
- 425 x 3
- 445 x 2
- 455 x 1 (went up fast/easy)

1-arm dumbbell rows
- 4 sets
dumbbell shrugs
- 4 sets

Preacher curls
- 4 sets
Spider bench hammer-curls
- 4 sets

Nice pulling GR......great numbers !

I`m gonna` start doing deadlifts soon but only light for reps....455 is not on my radar!  :D

Quads & Hams:

Front Squats - 4 sets (Heels elevated on 2 X 4 block)
Split Squats - 4 sets (no weight.....working on form)
DB RDL - 5 sets

Great pump!!

Had to skip calves.....they`re so sore they feel like they are going to tear. :(

6 sets weighted dips+45

7th day of protein shake fast, started last Saturday at 247 just weighed in at 235. Starting tomorrow I will add in a few whole eggs and some grilled chicken daily.

BTW....insane workout as always my brother.

Thanks Wes, actually feeling pretty damn good. Energy has kept my walking around 10 miles a day since Saturday and the workouts have been awesome. Crazy pumps. Feels much lighter on feet bleeding out that water so the cardio is much easier. I will say it will be nice to eat some food starting tomorrow but my digestive system has enjoyed the break for sure.


Your workouts are looking good also, seem to be cranking right along.
