Just finished arms
Cgb 5 sets
Dip machine 5sets
Rope pushdowns 5sets
Barbell curls 5sets
Alt dumbbell curls 5sets
Hammer curls 5 sets
Wrist curls and rev wrist curls
Nothing fancy in and out in about 45 minutes very short rests

thanks rob. I train at home and I have enough equipment that I can have everything set up before the workout begins so I never have to wait on a bench or for someone to take a selfie or anything. If I did 30 sets of chin I believe I be down there till about Thursday though 😀

Yes I have to say I won’t be doing that again soon but it was cool to do. Might do it every couple months as a shock to the system, can’t wait for the soreness. How you coming along Henda?

I don’t blame you mate haha just the thought of doing it leaves me fucked haha

Legs/back “density” day

Time to stop fucking around, my legs are like bastard twigs and weak as piss, for a long time after heart attack squatting was only thing couldn’t really do as always felt like nearly dying after a hard set haha so leg training sort of took a back seat now back up to normal function time to stop being a bitch and train legs and lower back hard again been given second chance at life time to actually fucking take it

Warmups not listed only top set/sets to failure

Regular deadlift - 1x5
Deficit stiff leg deadlift - (4” block) 1x6
Barbell row - 1x5 (fucked up weight selection should have adjusted down to account for deadlift sets)
Single arm pulldown - 3x13,6,5 (short rest)
Barbell shrug - 1x8, 1x12
Leg extension - 3x19,6,5 (short rest)
Lying leg curl - 3x12,5,4
Olympic pause squat - worked up to comfortable single just to test where at then back off set 1x4

Will hit legs lighter with no lower back loading later in week (adductors, extentions, curls, leg press, light hack ect)

Felt good will stick with this on Sunday and try and progress everything

Except he didn’t he was taken down and beaten in for 2 rounds the ref had the red pull me off him at the end of round 1 and 2 then I got dq before the start of round 3 in a street fight he never would have returned to his feet
