The guy sounds good has the mean mug look is an ex navy seal does kettlebells and bjj so I get why you like him however take his shirt off and the dude is actually kind of soft there is nothing inspiring about his physique or results nothing that says yeah this dude is a fitness guru whose advise I should follow. Getting up at 4am to train and being tired all the time is simply not an effective or efficient way to train. The body needs rest

Leg extensions - 4 sets
Leg curls - 3 sets
Deadlift - 3x3
1 leg calf raises - 3 sets
Seated calf raises - 3 sets
Behind back shrugs - 3 sets
Farmers walk - 4x40ft


Good one you sadist, starting Monday off with legs.....the rest of the week will be a cakewalk now!  :)

DB Inclines - 5 sets (bench set at 30 degrees)
DB Flyes - 5 sets (held each rep at the bottom for 2 - 3 seconds)
Elevated Push-Ups - 2 sets (feet on bench done between push-up bars)

Super-Set:
{Crunches - 2 sets
{Lying Leg Raises - 2 sets

Huge pump + burn......went up in poundage and reps again.

I do them as a finishing move..... I have limited equipment at my house.....I also rested one minute between sets,I didn`t watch TV or post on GB like you do when you "work"out.

My pecs are a good bodypart for me.....AND, there are no ugly rips or tears like your pathetic looking chest has.

My gym is allowing people back in,when the weather breaks I`ll be there,I`ll still train pecs basically as I doubt if crossovers or any machine is any better than pushups,and I`m making some dipping bars so I`ll use them soon.

Except he didn’t he was taken down and beaten in for 2 rounds the ref had the red pull me off him at the end of round 1 and 2 then I got dq before the start of round 3 in a street fight he never would have returned to his feet
He doesn't look beaten at all in the picture with his hand raised while you hang your head in shame.
