Biceps & Triceps:

Absolutely no rest between exercises and just a short rest between Super-Sets!


Super-Set # 1:
{Seated Alternate DB Curls - 4 sets
{Skullcrushers - 4 sets (used an E-Z Curl bar on these)

Super-Set # 2:
{Ez-Bar Curls - 4 sets
{Seated One-Arm DB extensions - 4 sets

Super-Set # 3:
{Bent Forward DB Concentration Curl - 2 sets
{Triceps Dips Between Benches - 2 sets

Looking far better by the week, and getting stronger at almost every workout!

Hammer (preacher) curls - 5 sets

Reverse curls - 5 sets

Leg curls - 4x8-15

Seated behind neck press - 4x8-20

Legs today

Warm up stair master
Streching / mobility

Super set
Leg press & standing bb calf raise toes on block.
Worked up from 1plate aside on leg press & approx 50+ reps
Going up a plate aside each set with lowering reps
Up to 8plates x 2sets around 11reps

Calf raises same high reps to start only went up to 1plate aside
They blew up like ballons

Back squats & leg curls
Bar & 25s aside for max No. Reps on squat
Then a plate aside - plate & a half - 2plates (pretty fucked by then ) 12/13 reps 1st set & 9 next set.

Leg curls stayed with same weight max reps each set - last set 7/8 reps.

4sets light good mornings for reps & neck work.

Finished me it did . 🤷🏻‍♂️
