March 30, 2023

Shoulders + Calves:


Pre-Exhaust Super-Set:
{Dumbell Lateral Raises - 4 sets
{Seated Dumbell Press - 4 sets

Bent-Over Laterals - 4 sets

Standing Calf Raise - 5 sets

Went light,very fast,high reps, and raced the clock.....feeling a bit burned out.....chest + back are sore as Hell.....my quads have just recovered.....needed a lighter type day.  :P

In all my decades of training I have never even heard a beginner refer to pressdowns as push presses....you fucking weirdo.

You know sleep is important oh that’s right you just hit up the preworkout full of herbal stimulants and you are ready to go. Then pop a synthetic hormone to sleep yeah you are all natural jackass why can’t you get up and train at 3am without stimulants if you are so mentally strong.

No you can`t because you couldn`t muster up an ounce of dedication to even do it for a day.

I used to be at the gym training hard daily at 5 AM,it`s rough at first,especially doing squats and stuff,but once you get in the groove,it becomes routine,and the body thrives on routine.

Why the fuck do you care when he trains anyway,he trains his balls off, you "lift"....that says it all in a nutshell.

I was in the infantry I can set an alarm and get up whenever but let me ask you if Sc woke up at 3am what time did he go to bed?? Did he get 8hrs of sleep is he going to bed at 7pm????
