I can set the alarms and workout whenever but why the body is meant to sleep when it is dark outside
No you can`t because you couldn`t muster up an ounce of dedication to even do it for a day.
I used to be at the gym training hard daily at 5 AM,it`s rough at first,especially doing squats and stuff,but once you get in the groove,it becomes routine,and the body thrives on routine.
Why the fuck do you care when he trains anyway,he trains his balls off, you "lift"....that says it all in a nutshell.
