Wow fun guy you are No wonder you need a synthetic hormone to fall asleep you go to bed before my toddler

I live a very disciplined life and was never given a single fng thing I didnt earn the old school hard way.   you would not know what that is all about but that is not your fault.   

I've never a single day had a needle or anything else in my ass and I'm damn fng proud of that.  You go off drugs - two months later you would look like you never lifted a weight a day in your life.  Me - I do my thing and will be just the same based on hard work and discipline.

First off You absolutely don’t look more jacked than me second all I said was taking melatonin a synthetic hormone and stimulants is not natural. You can argue you purchased it from cvs and your grandma takes it all you want that doesn’t make it natural you are a fake natty

Hahahha that was pretty good. Very impressive on the dips. Dips are a very badass movement,one of my all time favorites.

I have a funny video talking to a store clerk who looks like a skinny, younger version of Wes and he is wearing a spandex singlet and fingerless weightlifting gloves while working in his store. The store is called "Mobile Home Depot" and I am asking him if that is, a hardware store on wheels, or a parts warehouse for recreational vehicles (RVs) ?

Then I bow to you, m'lady.  For in truth, I am too weak to even do one.  In my youth at 250lbs I could do reps with bodyweight plus 100 or more pounds.  My youth has left me and while that and my general loss of strength is now my shame know that you along with others here are my inspiration.

I do not lie.  You and others here, and they know well who they are for they are my brothers, are without doubt and never will I be ashamed to claim it,  my inspiration in working toward full recovery.  For that I thank you all. 

It is time to take the stuff that my doctors claims is helping me.  I hope so.  Good night Miss Jane and all here who are of good conscience.  Strength of arms and character are what will forge us for what is yet to come.  Let the cucks perish at the hands of their pets.

Wide grip pull downs ss with db shrugs 5 sets
Barbell rows ss with db press 5sets
1 arm db row ss with barbell shrugs 5sets (extra trap work)
Straight arm rope pull downs ss with rear lateral raises 5 sets
On Grape Ape’s suggestion I looked into some breathing techniques and damn if I haven’t been holding my breath for the first 3 or 4 reps of every set. I bet that is why my damn blood pressure has been high. I did all my sets tonight consciously breathing out on each rep.
I think this is going to make a big difference.
Hope everyone is training hard and the Scott good to see you hitting it.
