Smith Shrugs - 4 sets

Bi's

Barbell Curl - 4 sets
D-Bell Curl - 4 sets
Hammer/Preachers - 4 sets
12 sets work for growth or maintenance? For back I do 18 to 21 sets. Can’t say my back is growing but I’ve been training for 30+ years.

Mowed my lawn for 2 hours or so.

Then my weedwhacker wouldn't start so I removed the carburetor and soaked it in gasoline to clean it.  Hope it starts tomorrow when I put it back together assuming I can get it back together..  It has never not started up and it's about 30 years old.

Then I rode my bike for an hour around town.  I go pretty slow though.

Tbh yes, there are no secrets, but good luck finding these ''secrets'' in magazines and books, good luck figuring out what works best for you, what diet is best for you, etc
