Hell of a lot of money to be made in solving that. Some program that'll run a 1/2 second delay, identify such ads and filter them out. I'd guess each one has a unique signature. With community reporting like spam reported numbers for the phone, job would be done in no time.

And it would make advertisers think twice about the acceptability of their shit.

I'd also pay good money for AI/deepfake technology I could attach to my TV to race swap and gender swap actors in movies/tv shows/commercial adverts rather than being forced to watch shoehorned casting decisions from advertising executives/producers/studio moguls that hate my race and sexual preferences.
