3 Sets - Leg Extension superset w Leg Curl
3 Sets - DB Lunges
30 Min Circuit - 5 stations x6
Each is AMRAP in 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds rest
225lb Dead
135 Clean and Press
70lb DB Snatch
Landmine with 45lb bar and 2 45's
Assault Bike
30 Minute Circuit 6 x 5
1 min - 120 Sandbag bear crawl drags
1 min - Burpee & Medicine Ball overhead toss
1 min - 53 lb kettlebell swing
1 min - Atomic push up on the ham roller
1 min - Sprint across the basketball court
1 min rest
5-10 min cool down.
