I'm not too sure about that. I have a crushed disc in my lower back, arthritis in my knees, a couple of torn muscles. From lifting. And lifetime natty. Maybe if I didn't go balls to the walls with the weights in my 20's I would have been fine but yeah. It's not great for your body to crush your body with heavy weights for decades, regardless if natty or not. But sure my organs and cardiovascular system are probably great compared to AAS users.

Remember what Haney said, stimulate don't anihhilate, especially as a natty, we natties need TONS of rest and most of our training should NOT be pushed to maximum effort, that's a recipe for disaster. Making small gains over time adds up

It doesn't explain middle-age deaths but when it was just Eugene Sandow, the deaths were kept to a minimum. In a decade, with dozens of divisions, not to mention 100s of bodybuilding 'e-celebs', the deaths are going to be as routine as all the 'tragedy' obits here when the 'assistant stand-in for the acting coach of the actor I have never heard of' is memorialized every hour.

I hear ya. I did a lot of dumb shit in my youth. Now I’d like to think I lift a lot smarter and while I do have some past injuries I believe my quality of life is a lot better than almost everyone in my age group: 50s.

Based on the current rate we unfortunately may not be done this year and could even see an increase as we go into next year.

Organ size, calcium scoring, CT your heart, stress tests, blood work, everything. Spend the little bit of money if you’re doing all that shit and get yourself checked out.

No way to know for sure. Nobody is honest about what doses they are taking. They're also on all kinds of other drugs besides steroids including insulin, lasix, pain killers, etc. There are too many variables to point to one thing. If it was a "widow maker" heart attack I do wonder about long term insulin use, that's just speculation on my part.
