No disrespect intended IroNat but there are guidelines/regulations about "Core Day" around here.

Not core day, Hulk, ab day.

Did you time your max lifts with the the greatest harmonized sound drop in 80's rock history?

Any of you do hack squats often?
They have never felt comfortable to me. I can see getting hurt doing them more than just a regular barbell squat.

They seem retarded to me.

People rave about the pendulum squat though.

Week 7 of Coan in the books.

Hitting totals was hard.

Realized I'm about 10lbs lighter than when I did in April, with higher weight goal, so that is likely the issue.

The extra running and rucking is making me a bit lighter - we'll see how it goes - don't want to get in a spot where I'm doing a shitty lift.

8 mile ruck Sat

Mon - Coan DL program

Wed

Airdyne 5 min

Sled push: 5 x high/low push, add 20lb each set E2MOM

Squats: 5 x 5 E2MOM, 1 x 2, 1 x 1

Slant board goblet squats 8 / 5

Leg extention  ::) 2x15

Sleds before squats actually helped squat in terms of being warmed up.  Every other day thing keeping me fresh, but will break that today with a run.

I appreciate the kind words Donny.

The ruck is my favorite because I had a friend ask me about it about 5 months ago, because he didn't like to run but wanted more challenge to a walk - so I lent him one.  It went so well that he gets up at 5 am and goes solo 4x a week, but now we have a standing time early Saturdays where we go through woods and up and down a small mountain near us.  For me it's great, because doing something like this with a buddy makes it much more enjoyable, and I'm also seeing this guy progress and want new challenges - so it makes me do better too.

It's more like a speed bump, but that qualifies here.  They also ski it, and the "black diamond" (all relative again), is steep as fuck with weight.

I'm sure it is going skiing downhill with weights on your back ;D
