1/26 - Baseball stuff - 35 easy throws off mound, 35 or so swings off a tee with the heavy ball, then sprints on the treadmill - 12 mph - 15 sec on, 45 walk.
1/27 - Heavy Day - Deadlifts / DB presses / TBar Rows / UH pulldowns / push up
1/28 - 55 min of cardio - mostly light jog at 5 mph, step off treadmill every two min and do 150ft farmers carry with KBs, ranging from 25lbs to 100lbs....mixed in curls / 100 push ups, end with 25 throws and some tee work.
