Usually when I am working out I feel like smoking and going outside(why are gyms smoke free anyway?) along with my texting is just too time consuming. I hate chewing tobacca, but I kind of dig that new SNUS stuff, so I put one in and I am fine. As far as my routine goes, no one wants to look like me so who cares lol. Just trying to shed my last 5 or 6 winter pounds lately, bought a new mountain bike, but quickly realized I hate riding it, so I just eat less.
