Time to bring this thread back from the dead Right now I'm lifting like this,Mon-legsTue-chest,bi'sWed-back,tri'sThur-shoulders,trapsFri,Sat,Sun,off for softball,golf,and drinking.cardio 4 days a week.abs 3 days a week.last night as I was finishing chest I was trying to figure out what I wanted to do for my last exercise and a couple of guys were benching with bands holding the weights under the barbell so I jumped in...it was like trying to bench with a stutter
