Anyone know cause of death?
No but Tony Atlas said he has been pretty sick for awhile on a Youtube video with HannibalTV.

I met Rocky Johnson at Bally Total Fitness in Tampa, back in 1997. He was a BIG dude. That was the first time I'd seen anyone over 50 with that kind of size. I told him I saw him and his son, Rocky Maivia, at WrestleMania 13 (on PPV) and he did great. He was a very cordial and friendly dude.

Yes, he's very down to earth. One of the best physiques of all time in wrestling. Awesome.
