I would suggest a one-time citizenship trade wherein dissatisfied Americans could switch countries with an equal number of their northern counterparts who are fed up with Canada's reckless immigration policies and economic experiments, but I suspect that in keeping with their duplicitous natures and feet of clay, the American liberals wouldn't actually leave the country once the moment of truth arrived.
