Yeah this is what I thought.
I don't see a guy like you going on epic 6-10k calorie binges as I'm capable of.
So...if and when you screw up on your diet would you have a time frame when you wanna have a little extra?
honestly man, i fucking love being ripped so that's motivation enough for me to not go overboard with the cals
just this past week i went up to 2700-2800 cals a few days, and it started to piss me the fuck off coz i could just "feel" that i'm getting too fucking fat LOL!!!
i had a little chat with mr n bout this, and he told me that i need to be in a bit of a surplus now since i want to put on a bit of lean tissue on my delts and arms now and since i was on so low cals for bout 4 weeks or so (roughly 1600-1800 most days) so i've decided to @ around 2100-2300 cals now, and closer to 2300 cals most days
i'm not sure what my maintaince cal level is right now, but it's probably about 2100, i'd say
