Nothing too spectacular here. My deam pet is an Akita, and I'll be getting one later this year :)

For YEARS I wanted an Akita and planned on getting one when Keesha passed (she would've never tolerated another animal in the house).  They're great dogs and make wonderful family pets (but scare the shit out of strangers and guests).  After learning more about them, I decided against it.  Their life expectancy isn't that long  :-\    One of my friends lost hers to Lupus  :'(

Honestly...if I really wanted a toad....but said it's not too spectacular....then I would have to wonder how serious I am about wanting a toad.

If you like that breed of dog....than it's spectacular to you.

I can't remember why but as a kid I always wanted a Raccoon.   We had a couple turtles we found in Palm Springs.  They lived a long time with us.

When I was a kid, one of my friends was always coming home with baby wild animals.  She had a racoon for awhile and a few skunks.  Her parents let her keep them and had their stinkers removed.  I remember their paws being really soft.

My uncle had a pet parrot and that fucking thing would mimick certain people's voice, no joke.

In bengal people also keep monkeys as pets and elephants, but they're more for hauling shit. Kept mostly by the poor folks.
