You have made progress. My suggestion is to cut all the way into July, doing cardio 2-3 times a week and eating clean.

If you lose 25-30 lbs, you will see the results of your training much better.

In Jan I reported my weight to be 225 and I havent weighed myself since.........till last night at the gym. I'm the thinnest I've been in well over 5 years and I'm @ 242    ;D    life is good

Confused, in january you weighed 225 and last night you weighed in at 242, excuse me if I'm wrong but doesnt that mean you put on 17 pounds?
It hasn't helped...
