You have made progress. My suggestion is to cut all the way into July, doing cardio 2-3 times a week and eating clean.If you lose 25-30 lbs, you will see the results of your training much better. Good luck.-Hedge
In Jan I reported my weight to be 225 and I havent weighed myself since.........till last night at the gym. I'm the thinnest I've been in well over 5 years and I'm @ 242 life is good
