I've been taking Tribulus for a few weeks now. I've read other reviews that said they took it for 3 months before realizing it's full benefits but I'm encouraged by the benefits I've reaped so far. I also very much like that while other similar products require you to take 2 or even three capsules, Tribulus only requires 1 capsule per day. I have only notice positive results and have not experienced any adverse effects so I will continue to use the product.
