RIP, sad day for this board.
I thought it was maybe another prank pulled by Josh or Bhank but ..

What was the cause of his death? He always seemed pretty active and in relatively good health

R.I.P. I am still kind of new here and didn’t know him but 61 years old while it may seem old when you’re 15 is too young.Hell I’m 62 so it’s young to me.It’s good he had many friends here to remember him.

Was hoping this wasn’t true. Had my share of back and forths with him but we agreed on most issues and he was very knowledgeable about all types of training. Sorry to hear he passed at such a young age. RIP

strange that he just posted a video singing in his car having fun a couple weeks ago. What the fuck happened that one day you're smiling and singing and the next day you're dead. Life is fucked. Now Josh, you posted before about how you don't care about dying and sometimes wish you were dead. Seeing how fragile life is and with Pellius' passing. Does this change your mind a bit?

One thing about Pellius was that he had very thick skin. Just coming back here under the same handle after the GH15 fiasco showed it.

This is the kind of death that makes you want to pour out a vial of test for the dead homie.

I lost my brother in his sleep from massive heart attack, he had angina pectoris just 10 days prior to his tragic death.
His colleagues said he felt dizzy and had to rest his head on his table for 10 minutes the day before he died.
Wonder whether Pellius showed any symptoms before his untimely death?
Btw effort test and EKG doesn't say much, my brother visited a cardiologist, he had no problem with it.
But let me tell you cardial arrhythmia is a very serious red flag.
My father, brother and father all died instantly and they all developed arrhythmia shortly before their death

What can I say, I hope he died peacefully in his sleep, it is heartbreaking for us, but I am sure he wouldn't like to live on borrowed time similar to Mike Matarazzo.

I didn't care much for Pellius, mostly because of the whole GH15 Elf thing. But it's still sad to see a fellow getbigger go. We're a rare bunch.

He made that threat a lot of times to many people. Including myself years ago. Hawaiians are so territorial. I remember a local telling me about a secret beach with easy parking and only used by locals. It's not advertised on any tourist maps or shit. So I went and holy shit the evil stares I got from the people there. They were pissed to see someone not local hanging out on the beach. I still stayed the entire day, giving them a friendly smile when I walked passed them and they gave me the evil stare the entire time. lol. Good people.
