Congratulations!!!! We hope everyone is well and you are enjoying the new little bundle! This has to be the most beautiful baby. Given the amazing photos Lena had during her pregnancy, I have a feeling that she is already close to having her pre-baby figure back!

Thank you so much!!
It was the most amazing experience EVER!!!! Everything went well and pretty smooth.........She came at 11;54am Friday March 3rd..........6.0lbs and 18 inches........the cutest tiny Princess. Her full name is Madelene Casie Natividad.

Its lots of work and little sleep, but Oh so worth it!!!

Lena that picture is wonderful!!!! Makes me just want to smother her in kisses

. I am sooooo glad to here it was a joyous experience. I was beginning to wonder if you were actually having a basketball. Enjoy ever minute; before long they are doing crazy things like standing on stage in a rhinestone bathingsuit and heels for all the world to see and judge. Oh well, if she does she will be as incredible as her mama.

Out of curiosity: do you think the fact that you were in shape helped you to deliver the baby smoothly?
And does it help you to get into decent shape again?

YES!!! Definitively! I only had to push for 10-15 min max and she was out! The nurses even commented on how strong I was/quick for a first time delivery

So, I guess those abs got into use ....hehe. I also know its easier for a well trained woman to bounce back into shape after delivery. I gained a total of 30lbs and its coming off fast (I'm nursing her which helps with an extra 500 kcal pr day)....
