Anyone Still Interested in the Titus Case?
« on: January 15, 2008, 10:15:25 AM »
Any Get Bigger able to offer the latest news on the subject?

Seems like they have been incarcerated an awfully long time! Can this delay cause justification for "acquittal"?  Isn't there a maximum time limit on pre-trial incarceration?

Are there any legal beagles out there who can give us some legal background on this long term delay?

Is any of the following appropriate in this case? I was referred to this site by 1st year law student.

(A long read, but some of you may be interested in what it has to say. I, myself, couldn't finish it all.)

I could not make this link work but if you are interested simply do a Google Search on the following:

How Do Judges Decide?: The Search for Fairness and Justice in Punishment - Page 98

Interesting "politically incorrect" information there.

It's hard to get interested again, since all they can do is to postpone the trial.

When is the trial actually going to take place? 2018? ZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzz...

I think I've still got about $1,000 in bets riding on the verdict, but the dudes I bet with are most likely all dead by now, or so old they forgot about the bet. Anyhow, I made the bets so long ago, I'll just pay off in Confederate dollars and everyone will be happy.

not until the trial starts

almost done reading the book KILLER BODIES....what a title

am laughing about some of the crap in there.....

like how steroids is to blame for all the anger and aggression from Craig...not the meth and coke....just the steroids

it's good comedy

and how Shawn recalls that almost nobody remembered Melissa James ever being with Craig or Kelly ...she was in the background because she wasn't memorable or attractive enough...lol and noone in "The Industry" (lol) remembers Anthony Gross

I guess it's cause Craig somehow liked to have those types of people hanging in the fringe of his life who he could call on to do the shit work, the dirty work...basically the people he felt were disposable

Hell Mandy POlks boyfriend almost became one of those people too when Craig tried to drag his ass into the whole mess by getting Ryan to put the hotel room for him and Kelly on Ryan's charge...

Craig always did expect alot from his "friends"

Don't worry. When the trial finally starts, Nancy Grace will promote it as the "Trial of the Century." ;D
