IroNat sage

I thought the "farewell...anon" part was cool and sophisticated.

Read it somewhere.

It's weird to me how you guys think you can judge my lats from the front when I am doing a double bicep. When I do a double bicep I flex my abs when I flex my abs my lats are not spread.

Your back development (lack of thickness) indicates a lack of heavy rowing.

I suggest this basic exercise done for 4-5 sets of 6-8 reps several times a week:

This proves once again that bb need handlers

I just can’t imagine training for all this time and using TRT, GH and tren to look like that. It’s baffling.

I have had more quality trim than the rest of you combined

It doesn't matter what you had 20 years ago, what matters is right now and you really shouldn't post a picture of your wife as a brag. Won't end well.

There's probably a joke about her being able to clear 5 plates there if I thought about it...

On a completely unrelated tangent, I always thought that if I turned Pro, I would probably have known by that point how to pick things up and put them down again, so rather than a 'trainer' what I'd actually really benefit from would be some kind of third-party to be the person who actually buys and gets hold of all my drugs now I'm ready to really up the dose and make a living at this - just to keep me well away from any potential busts.

If that person had good connections to those bringing the shit in via various routes in the Schengen zone that would also be tremendously useful in managing the risk of all that business...

They could also 'train' me

Meh...

Though athletes have trainers for everything nowadays. You'd think for example Mike Tyson knew his way around the gym... but he has maybe 5 guys watching his every move, probably including fanning him between sets.

I don't think a bb having a diet, gear and training coach, sometimes they are different people, is outrageous at all. But sure, it was great with guys like Dorian doing everything, but he had an analytical mind plus even him most likely sought advice. Met with Duchaine etc.
