Why so serious looking?

There is something 'off' about your deltoids. Camera angle?

11 miles of walking!!!! That's over 2 hours of walking! I'm shot from just doing my five miles of fast walking. I try to walk as fast as I can.  Just taking a break from running. I find fast walking melts fat fast.  I  feel a little amped up like I'm drinking too much coffee.

Question about the 7 sets of shoulder presses. Do you use the same weight for all the sets? First set 50 reps and last 20?

Haha yeah I do between 10-12 mile walk a day on average a couple days a week I do 15. I usually split the walks in half but someday just walk the whole thing straight. I try to walk as fast as I can as well some days i average close to 5 miles an hour some days 4 and some days high 3s. Love walking. I am exhausted by 7 at night though but I do also get up at 5am.

The 7 sets of shoulder presses started with 35,40,45,50,55,60,65.

Now I'm confused.  Is the 35-65 indicating rep range or dumbell weights?  Also, have you ever trained on an edible?  I have not.  But the best walks I ever take are on edibles.

You can walk at 5 MPH?  That's a crazy fast walk. It's a 12 minute mile pace. I could only slow jog that. I could never walk that fast.

35-65 are the weights used 35lbs for 50 down to 65lns for 20reps.

I have had many walks on edibles and it’s great and goes by so much faster.
I have trained on edibles occasionally but small doses 2-3 mgs and it’s pretty cool.walks were 5-10mgs, I’m a lightweight with thc.20mgs and I’m tripping.

I do walk very fast and most people say can you slow down when I’m walking with them around job sites or anywhere really. Always been a fast walker. 5mph I can usually do for 30 minutes at a clip then slow down a bit.

It's really a rare thing to see anyone capable of walking for 5MPH for 30 minutes. Some good runners can't walk that fast. Your legs must be churning.

I do look like I just stole something. I’ve actually had the cops come to me on walks and say they have reports of a man walking really fast appearing suspicious hahahah.

Well clearly I am fooling you if you think I am putting anything in my shoulders. I have had 3 shoulder surgeries I do not put anything in my shoulders no androgens no insulin nothing. I do not pin my delts. I also only used insulin for about a week hoping it would help my digestion it did not. Also what fucking trickery fooling are you talking about its a photo there are no funny mirrors being used that is me.

I was talking to a woman I know who is about 60-65 years old. She got a fitbit and tells me she walks 7 miles a day. I asked her where since we live near each other. She said no where. She just got a fitbit and put it on. That's her tally for the day for just being alive and being at work. Tried to reason with her that just putting a fitbit watch on doesn't mean you are exercising made her get pissed off.  ::)

Well she is correct and you are wrong. If she is walking 7 miles a day she is getting exercise. It doesn't matter if it is a planned walk or just walking around her day to day activities it is still walking. NYC has the healthiest thinnest population in the US why because they walk everywhere all day everyday. They are not walking to "exercise" they are just walking to get around but guess what that is still exercise.

Check your iphone and see how far you walk each day I bet it is a lot less than 7 miles. When people start watching their daily steps they start taking the stairs more they walk more walking is exercise you don't have to be in a gym on a treadmill for it to count

It's something a great many bodybuilders do nowadays. They count total daily steps. Say 10K steps a day or whatever.

Some believe in Stan Efferdings method of taking just a 10 minute walk after each meal.

You are wrong. Cardio to be aerobic exercise has to be continuous and not stop and go.  Living your life unless you are a construction laborer doesn't count as training.  You can't put on a fitbit or an app then claim your ordinary life is a fitness lifestyle because you suddenly realized you walked 4 miles. That's called being alive. I walked fast today for five miles on a trail.  That's a supplemental exercise to my life style.  At work I am on my feet for close to 8 hours. In no way would I call that exercise because my apple phone or fit bit told me I walked so many miles.

I grew up one mile from Manhattan. No one has a car. They truly walk many blocks a day through the course of their day. That is a different lifestyle than most live.
